Secondhand goods are handled within the scope permitted under Japan's Secondhand Articles Dealer Act and related rules, including applicable used game consoles, IT equipment, PC parts and other secondhand goods.
Pharmaceuticals
Importing pharmaceutical products into Japan requires the relevant import-related licenses, permits, approvals or other regulatory authorizations depending on the product, intended use and transaction structure. KOFUKU does not present pharmaceuticals as direct unlicensed imports or retail sales. Where a transaction is legally possible, importation, sale and supply are handled by appropriately licensed or authorized partner companies, while KOFUKU may coordinate business inquiries and communications.
Restricted Items
Tobacco, pharmaceuticals, alcohol and other regulated goods may require permits, age restrictions, destination-country approvals, specialist exporters/importers or may be unavailable for certain markets. Availability is reviewed case by case before quotation.
Import / Export Procedures
Customs, certificates, permits and regulated procedures are coordinated with appropriate licensed, registered or specialist partners when required. KOFUKU does not represent itself as performing third-party licensed services where a separate professional authorization is required.

The licensing conditions shown here are based on the official Notice of Relaxation of Conditions for a Liquor Sales License issued by the head of Arakawa Tax Office on July 2, 2024 (Notice No. 荒法第103号). This notice confirms that the April 11, 2019 liquor sales license was amended to the conditions stated above. It is not presented as a new general retail license.
